Old Rectory
The site is a Grade II listed Georgian Rectory in a Conservation Area.
The client wanted an extension to replace the single storey 1970s conservatory in a design that used similar materials to the existing house. Permission was granted for a new two storey extension and various internal alterations along with a new barn and refurbishment of the existing stables all within the curtilage of the listed building. Throughout the planning process we engaged with the Historic Buildings Officer preparing Heritage Assessments and Written Site Invesigations for the works.
